  • In-depth consultation with client to understand recruitment needs, run through job description and discuss our terms of business.

  • Once the terms of business have been signed, we start the candidate search and reach out to our network of industry professionals. We conduct a rigorous screening process and initial first interviews to ensure only the most qualified and culturally aligned candidates progress.

  • We present pre-screened candidates for you to decide who you would like to interview.

  • We assist in preparing clients and candidates for the interview process and organise meetings.

  • We conduct reference checks on the selected candidate, and act as intermediaries in the offer negotiation process to ensure that the client and candidate reach mutually beneficial terms while offering guidance on market trends and salaries.

  • Our relationship doesn't end with a successful placement.
